We had never heard about high oleic sunflower oil before I was introduced to Sunvella FryPure. While we specialize in an ever-evolving selection of hand-crafted, ingredient-focused drink creations, we also offer lite “Nibbles” like Lobster Crab Fritters, Short Rib Gilled Cheese and Duck Spring Rolls. The FryPure is so versatile we use it instead of other fat or oil that may be called for. And the smoke point is 450° F, so food cooks quickly without a lot of oil coming with it. And just as important, it has the highest level of monounsaturated fat of any oil we have ever used. That's healthy. And our Nibbles taste great!
